Contest Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Ultimate BFFS Contest (the "Contest"), organized by [Us guys] ("Organizer"). By participating in the Contest, you agree to these Official Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Participation in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and the decisions of Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in the Contest. These Terms govern all aspects of the Contest and are subject to change at Organizer’s sole discretion.
By entering, participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements, acknowledge that their participation does not create an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship with Organizer, and affirm that all information submitted is accurate and complete. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and potential legal action by Organizer.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of [Eligible Countries or Regions] who are at least [Minimum Age] years old at the time of entry. Employees of Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) and household members are eligible to participate and win prizes in this Contest. All participants must be legally permitted to enter contests under the laws of their jurisdiction. Participants must not be involved in any fraudulent, unethical, or deceptive conduct related to the Contest. Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or undermine the integrity of the Contest may result in legal consequences and permanent disqualification.
3. CONTEST PERIOD

Organizer retains the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Contest Period at its discretion and shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such changes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

5. PRIZES

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative prize or monetary value unless explicitly stated by Organizer.
Organizer reserves the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw prizes at any time. Taxes, fees, and any additional costs related to prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winners.
6. PRIZE CONTINGENCY CLAUSE
The awarding of any and all prizes, including the $1,000,000 Grand Prize, is entirely contingentupon the motion picture BFFS generating at least $100,000,000 (one hundred million dollars) in box office revenue in the United States and Canada ("Box Office Threshold"). If BFFS does not achieve the Box Office Threshold, no prizes will be awarded, and Organizer shall have no obligation to provide any prize to any participant.
Box office revenue shall be determined based on publicly reported earnings from reputable industry sources (e.g., Box Office Mojo, The Numbers, or similar sources designated by Organizer). The final determination of whether the Box Office Threshold has been met shall be made solely by Organizer, in its discretion, and such determination shall be final and binding. Organizer assumes no responsibility for external industry reporting or potential errors in revenue calculation.
Participants acknowledge and accept that there is no guarantee the Box Office Threshold will be met. Organizer shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the failure of BFFS to meet the Box Office Threshold.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected in accordance with the rules and criteria outlined in [Selection Criteria Section]. The potential winners will be notified by [Notification Method – e.g., email, phone] within [Time Frame] after the Contest Period ends. If a winner does not respond within [Response Window], an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners may be required to complete and submit documentation, including but not limited to affidavits of eligibility, releases, tax forms, and other legal documents as deemed necessary by Organizer. Failure to provide necessary documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering the Contest, you agree that Organizer and its designees may use your name, likeness, voice, image, and submitted materials for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Participants waive any claims to royalties, payments, or other benefits arising from the use of such materials.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Organizer's control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Organizer in its sole discretion. Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Organizer also reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms.
Organizer reserves the right to ban, disqualify, or take legal action against any participant found to be in violation of these Terms, tampering with the entry process, or engaging in disruptive behavior.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in this Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from or in connection with your participation in the Contest or receipt of any prize.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes arising out of or related to this Contest shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in [Jurisdiction], in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Provider]. You waive the right to bring any claims as a class action.
